Reports Destination

The print destination for reports can be access from a number of locations.

The File >> Report Destinations Menu

And the button at the top of the Report Window

Theatre Manager is able to print to Windows and Macintosh compatible printers. 

Mail Labels - Macintosh ImageWriter

This is an example of an ImageWriter page setup.

When printing mail labels on an ImageWriter using continuous feed labels, click on ‘1" Mailing Labels’ and set the Special Effects to ‘Tall Adjusted’ and ‘No Gaps Between Pages’.

Ticket Printing - Macintosh ImageWriter

This is an example of an ImageWriter page setup.

When printing tickets on an ImageWriter, set the Paper to ‘Tickets’ and the Special Effects to ‘No Gaps Between Pages’ (this prevents printing a blank ticket after each ticket printed).

Ticket Printing - Boca/Practical Automation

Tickets can be printed on a specialized ticket printer such as a Boca or a Practical Automation thermal ticket printer. If you are using a thermal style ticket printer, refer to the section Employees Specific Preferences on setting up the thermal printer. Once indicated that the tickets will be printed to the thermal ticket printer, the tickets will always print on the thermal printer regardless of the default printer you have selected under your Chooser (Macintosh) or Control Panel (Windows).
